• After receiving your cleared payment, order will be normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days. But in some special situations, your order will be delayed for some more days, such as:  Public holidays, Shipping difficult, Item out of stock or Shipping information problems etc.

NOTE:

• Public holidays: Post and Express are break in important public holidays. We can not send your order until they back to work again.
• Shipping difficult: Xmas selling season, huge goods worldwide will rush for this great event and cause transportation Jam every year, so does slowly Customs clearing speed at that moment. In the meanwhile, bad weather, strike and other force majeure things can lead to shipping delay.
• Item out of stock: Some models may be not quantity enough to customers who purchasing many of them at one time. Please give us chance and we will do our best to make order sent as soon as possible. News will be updated to you in time if happen to meet this situation.
• Shipping information problems: The shipping information you left on our web is priority. A good address should include: street, city, state, Zip code, Country and contact phone number. Make sure that all information is completed and correct. Any missing of them can cause shipping delay.

Your package will be ready and shipped by the warehouse department & transport department. And then, it will show in your member area for following your order.
