Under clock mode, as the above figure, press L key, EL backlighting for 3 seconds. Press S key, date is on. Press R key to show the alarm time. A. Setting of seconds counting: under clock mode, press M key to start seconds counting mode; Press S key to count, press S key to suspend, repress S key to continue the counting from the above reader, press S key to stop, press R key to clear to zero, return to the seconds counting mode(0:00 00) Sectional timing. Press S key to start, press R key to read seconds counting of first section (continuing); repress R key to read the second section. A number of sections are available. B. Setting of alarm: under clock mode, press M key twice, hours flashing, press S key to set the hour; press R key ,minutes flashing, repress S key to set the minute; repress M key to return to clock mode. Hold R key on and press S key to turn alarm on/off (the alarm signal shows the alarm is set, otherwise the alarm is off) . C. Setting of clock timing alarm: under clock mode, hold R key on and press M key to turn the clock timing on/off (week signal shows the clock timing alarm is on, and "BI" rings for clock timing. If the week signal is not seen, the clock timing alarm is off). D. Setting of time and date: under clock mode, press M key for 3 times, seconds flashing; Press R key, minutes flashing, Press S key to set minutes: in such way , set the hours, date and week. (This watch is of dual modes as 12h and 24h, If set as 12h, in the afternoon, the hours left position shows a PM; When adjusting , the 12 hours after the noon could be made into 24h mode.) E. Setting of running time: pull out the right frame for about 1MM, set at the wanted time, hands running.
